The app could offers precise timing options for shooting intervals, multiple shooting tasks for diverse recording needs, and automatic recording depending on a schedule you set. Schedule weekly from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Record daily the sunset or on weather situations. Times are available according to the location.

Time lapse smartphone should not be touched during the record times. It would be good to have a remote control from other smartphone or within a browser

It would be good to export the images from pictures to video automatic in order so save storage space on the smartphone

If anything out of the ordinary occurs, such as a power outage, low memory, or low battery, it would be great to receive an email alert to make sure you're aware and can prevent any disruptions while shooting.

The app could configured to upload the recorded footage automatically to an FTP server. It would be also great for users to download footage automatically or manually. Viewing recorded footage is easily accessible at your fingertips anytime and anywhere.

It would be very helpful to limit the ISO to 800 and keep it in auto mode. Anything higher than 800 results in a decline in quality.

It would be useful to select duplicate and near-duplicate frames. A timelapse of e.g. someone woodworking might have hundreds of frames showing an empty workbench, which are tedious to select manually if one wants to remove them.
